About Our Park

For more than 25 Years, North Stafford Office Park, has been providing quality office space for the North Stafford Community.  Conveniently located, just off of Rt. 610, our office park has been home to a variety of medical offices, professional services and government contractors.  This 32 unit - condominium office park, was originally constructed by Mr. Showke George, during the 1990’s and the George Family continues to be the majority owner and property manager, to this day.  
 

The George Family is truly committed to the office park and is constantly striving to improve the buildings and grounds appearance.  We offer a well maintained office park with ample parking for your employees and customers. Additionally, our onsite property engineer provides outstanding service and support, to all of our tenants.
